Make changes to your bookings online

Do you need to make changes to an existing booking?

Visit Manage My Booking to:

  • Change flights
  • Resend your flight confirmation email
  • Add checked bags and/or add additional cabin baggage (cabin+)
  • Add seat selection
  • Add queue jump
  • Add travel insurance
  • Add meals

Please note: All changes within Manage My Booking are available up to 2 hours before departure for domestic flights. This is excludes meal pre-orders which can only be made up to 24 hours before your flight for domestic travel.

What does Manage My Booking look like?

To make changes to your booking you'll need to log in using your booking reference number, first name and last name.

Once logged in, you will see all the details of your booking on the landing screen. It's from this same screen you can make changes to your booking.

If you need to change your flight, edit your seat selection or update contact details; please make a selection from the main navigation panel found at the top of the screen and follow the prompts.
