Tigerair Australia flights temporarily suspended effective immediately
Changes to your Tigerair flights

Due to the expanded travel restrictions imposed by the federal and state governments' and territories, we have announced a temporary suspension of all Tigerair services, effective immediately.
We understand this may have impacted your travel plans, and we're really sorry about that. So we're here to help. All customers who had an existing Tigerair booking are eligible for a Tigerair flight credit. You can obtain a flight credit through our Manage My Booking section of our website or via our Flight Credit Request Form.
We are working through the process of transferring Tigerair Flight Credits to a Virgin Australia Travel Bank and will be updating this page with further information. In the meantime, to request a Flight Credit please visit the Manage My Booking section of our website and;
- Enter your booking number and last name
- Select Flight Credit Button
- The flights to be cancelled and the total amount to be stored in a Flight Credit will be presented
- A confirmation screen will be shown and you will receive an email with the details of your Flight Credit
If your flight has already departed please complete our Flight Credit Request Form.

Please rest assured, if you're unable to get through to our Customer Contact Centre before your flight departs, we'll still honour your travel credit and we'll process that as soon as possible.
