Tigerair Australia guests who are booked to travel within the next four weeks are being provided the option to retain their flight booking in the form of a credit. To request a credit, please complete our Flight Credit Request Form. Our customer care team will complete your request and respond to your nominated email address within five working days.
If you would like a flight credit please complete the Flight Credit Request Form and not a customer support portal submission.

If you have made a submission within the last 15 days please be patient whilst we work through a high volume of request. We request you do not submit another submission and we will be in contact with you in due course. If you have booked through a travel agent please liaise with them directly. If you are not travelling in the next 48 hours, please consider contacting us at another time.

and reply to you no longer than 15 business days.
Do you need to make changes to an existing booking?
Visit Manage My Booking to:
- Change flights
- Resend your flight confirmation email
- Add extras such as checked baggage, seat selection, travel insurance and more.
