You need to be checked-in before boarding any flight. Domestic check-in closes 45 minutes prior to departure.

Once checked-in, you will be required to go through the airport security check point at this stage. Please arrive at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic travel.

Customers who have purchased queue jump, travelling with children or require special needs will board first.

The boarding gate closes 10 minutes prior to departure.

You may be required to board via stairs. We ask you to please take care when ascending and ensure the safety of all customers including children and elderly.
