Introducing Toby the Chatbot! He’s our official Facebook Messenger chatbot and although not a human, he has been designed to help you:

  • Search and book the best value flights
  • Retrieve existing flight confirmation emails
  • Answer questions on common topics such as baggage allowances and how to check in for your flight.

 

 

Searching for flights with Tigerair is now even easier. Open up Facebook Messenger and tell him you want to fly, or you where you want to fly to and from. He will ask you a few questions chat with you through the process. Select the flight that suits you and Toby the Chatbot will transfer you to our online booking engine to complete your booking.

 

If you have an existing booking, tell Toby that you want to retrieve your booking and he will provide you the link to Manage My Booking or resend your flight confirmation.

 

Toby the Chatbot is available 24/7 to help with general queries as well. He can source all types of information about travelling or flying with us instantaneously.
