Tigerair Flight Credit Request Form
Tigerair Australia guests with new or existing bookings can request the value of their flight booking to be stored in a Tigerair Flight Credit.
To request a Flight Credit please visit Manage My Booking section of our website. You can now request a Flight Credit from the main screen of Manage My Booking.
- Enter your booking number and last name
- Select Flight Credit Button
- The flights to be cancelled and the total amount to be stored in a Flight Credit will be presented
- Once confirmed a confirmation screen will be shown, we will then email you the details of your Flight Credit
If your flight has already departed or you are scheduled to depart soon and you decide not to travel you can still request a Flight Credit with the form below. These will still be processed after the flight has departed.
Note: Guests should only use the flight credit request form if they cannot access their booking via Manage My Booking or their flights have already departed and they did not travel. Only one submission is required per booking.
How does it work?
Upon submission of a flight credit request our customer care team will review and process your request as soon as possible. If your flight has already departed we will still process these request if you did not board.
What is a Flight Credit?
A Flight Credit is stored against your existing booking and can be used to book future travel with Tigerair Australia.
Flight credits are valid for six months from the date issue, however you are not restricted to travel by this date. You may choose the dates available on our schedule (approximately 12 months in advance), subject to seat availability at time of booking.
