TIGERAIR AUSTRALIA SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OF AIRLINE’S KEY SYSTEMS: OVERNIGHT TUESDAY 28 FEBRUARY until WEDNESDAY 01 MARCH 5:00am AEDT
Overnight on Tuesday 28 February until 5:00am AEDT Wednesday 01 March, Tigerair Australia will undertake a scheduled upgrade on a number of the airline’s key systems.
Tigerair’s web and mobile check-in systems will be offline from 7:45pm AEDT Tuesday 28 February until 5:00am AEDT Wednesday 01 March.
Tigerair’s online booking system and ‘Manage my Booking’ system will be offline from 8:45pm AEDT Tuesday 28 February until 5:00am AEDT Wednesday 01 March.
The following systems will be offline for the times shown below:
• Booking a flight (8:45pm until 5:00am)
• Making any changes to an existing reservation (8:45pm until 5:00am)
• The “Manage My Booking” online service (8:45pm until 5:00am)
• Web check-in (7:45pm until 5:00am)
• Mobile boarding passes (7:45pm until 5:00am)
• Mobile application (7:45pm until 5:00am)
• Customer Contact Centre - make or change bookings (8:45pm until 5:00am)
- Customer contact centre will still be open for general enquiries till 11:00pm AEDT
• Airport agent iPads (07:45pm until 5.00am)
• Self-serve airport check-in (9:00pm until 5:00am)

Tigerair recommends all passengers travelling during this period utilise web or mobile check-in for their flight if possible. If using web or mobile check-in, please note that Tigerair strongly advises printing boarding passes as mobile boarding passes will be irretrievable during the system outage.
Mobile boarding passes that are saved to the Apple Wallet on an iOS device prior to 7:45pm on Tuesday will be accessible and can be used to board a Tigerair flight during this planned system upgrade.
If you are unable to web check-in, or if you have luggage to check-in on the day, please allow extra time for us to assist you on the day.
We recommend you aim to arrive at the airport to check-in for your flight on Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning at least two hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
Web check-in will be disabled between 7:45pm AEDT Tuesday 28 February and 5:00am AEDT Wednesday 01 March. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience at this time and recommend customers web check-in and print boarding passes before the above period of time if possible.
Please be advised that our booking system and call centre will be offline during this period. This means you are not able to make new bookings or change existing bookings between 9:00pm AEDT Tuesday 28 February and 5:00am AEDT Wednesday 01 March. If you need to book a new flight or make changes to an existing flight, please do so once our systems are back online on Wednesday morning.
Please note, all flights are departing as per our schedule unless you have received a flight notification via SMS or email about a flight time change.

Please note during the planned system upgrade our customer contact centre will not be able to access booking data however will be available to answer general enquires.
